• a waste water system with a treatment plant, discharged and without the need for periodic pumping;
  
• SOT - a two-zone system, allowing the house to be guarded when the family sleeps.;
  
• extras - massive furniture, copper gutters, Canadian tiles, furniture designed and executed according to an individual project for the rooms.
