Above the bricks there is 10 cm of sand for insulation, and a solid beech floor is laid over it.

The house is fully furnished. The furniture is stylish, massive, made of natural materials: wood, bamboo, sea grass, oak and walnut. 4. Top floor, under-roof space - extensive attic. The floor faces east, west. Flooring - laminate.

Yard : The space is paved with Ivaylovgrad stone. Brick, arched walls surround the courtyard space. The courtyard has an elegant stone fountain and conservatory, as well as a covered storage area for wood and other materials.

Other: All new plumbing as well as electrical installation. Completely renovated roof in 2011. The windows have replaced windows. Heating: a pellet boiler, as well as an electric boiler "Galan".
