We present to you a restored house in a traditional Bulgarian style, located in the picturesque village of Leshnitsa at the foot of the Troyan Balkan.
The house is located on a plot of land measuring 1045 m2, on which there is also a barbecue and a shed/workshop.
The house has two floors, with the first floor featuring a living room with a fireplace, a kitchen, a bathroom with a toilet and a storage/basement.

The house is built of stone and old oak beams, and the roof is made of traditional stone slabs.
The property is over 150 years old and was extensively restored in 2005.
