About the Development

The project is being developed in phases, with a limited number of properties currently available from the eighth – and final – phase. The villas are spread over two levels, and buyers can choose between a ground-floor or first-floor residence.

The structure is designed with reinforced concrete pillars and floors made of waffle slabs and formwork blocks. Solid columns are used for porches and terraces to provide extra strength. Interior staircases are made of reinforced concrete, fully compliant with current building regulations. Roofs are flat and usable, designed as terraces with high-performance thermal and acoustic insulation for energy efficiency and indoor comfort. Facades are built with insulated brickwork and finished with single-layer render.

All properties come with an armoured front door and white lacquered interior doors. Windows are fitted with top-quality PVC frames and double glazing, while interior walls are built with double-layer plasterboard – a combination that ensures excellent insulation. Optional exterior roller shutters are available upon request. The homes are pre-installed for ducted air conditioning systems, as well as aerothermal water heating systems.
