Option 1: in the degree of completion according to Bulgarian Construction Standards - entrance door, floor screed, gypsum plaster on walls and ceilings, fully built electrical installation with sockets and switches, wiring for internet and television, fully built plumbing installation "on plugs", balcony with frost-resistant granite tiles, full technical preparation for installation of air conditioning in each room.

Option 2: in a "turnkey" state of completion - everything from option 1 plus - walls and ceilings with fine gypsum plaster and painted white, floors in the living room, bedroom and hallway - granite tiles, interior doors, bathroom with toilet - terracotta on the floor, faience on the walls, monoblock or structure, sink with mixer and cabinet with mirror above it, shower mixer, 80 l boiler, fan, lighting fixtures in all rooms, inverter air conditioner, curtains.

The annual maintenance fee for the common areas is 6 euros (12 BGN)/m² with a 5-year contract.

Note:

The annual maintenance fee for the common areas of the building and the yard is 6 euros (12 leva)/sq m of the total area of the apartment. A maintenance contract for a period of 5 years is concluded upon transfer of ownership of the property by notarial deed.

Payment schemes:

Option 1:
• 5,000 euros (9,779 BGN) deposit and signing of a reservation form;
• 1 installment of 30% upon signing a preliminary contract (with deduction of the deposit);
• 2nd installment 30% at elevation +0.00;
• 3rd installment 30% on act 14 (completed roof);
• 4th installment of 10% upon commissioning of the building (act 16) and transfer of ownership by notarial deed.

Option 2 – with a 3% discount on the price:
• 5,000 euros (9,779 BGN) deposit and signing of a reservation form;
• 1 installment of 90% upon signing a preliminary contract (with deduction of the deposit);
• 2nd installment of 10% upon commissioning of the building (act 16) and transfer of ownership by notarial deed.

The town of Obzor is located almost halfway between Burgas /70 km/ and Varna /60 km/. It is located in one of the most picturesque corners of the Bulgarian Black Sea coast - on the shore of a bay stretching between Cape St. Atanas /to the north/ and the foot of the Emin Mountain /to the south/ - the last forested slope of the Eastern Stara Planina.
