Upon paying the deposit the apartment will be reserved for the period of 14 days and after that the buyer will have to sign the preliminary contract.

The property has percentage of the land it is built on. Thus, the prospective buyer will need to set up a Bulgarian Ltd. company. This company will buy the property and will own the land.
