This one-storey house is situated in a fast developing seasid resort, Byala, also known as the "pearl" of the southern Bulgarian Black Sea coast. This property is located 50 km south of Varna and 70 km north of Burgas in a semi-mountainous region in the easternmost branches of Stara Planina.

The house has one floor and presents three bedrooms and three rooms(35 sq.m.) that can be changed according to needs, a kitchen and a bathroom with WC. There is a wide garden of 1133 sq.m. and a garage available. The house is provided with running water inside and electricity. Although it has no en-suite facilities, this can be taken care of. Since the house is not very modern, it will certainly benefit from some renovation.

An outstanding advantage of the property is its closeness to all the above-mentioned seaside resorts, towns and attractions, all of which are much sought-after by tourists from the country and abroad.

The town itself has all the necessary facilities – shops, cafes, restaurants, a school, and a regular bus service runs several times a day to and from Varna, Bourgas etc. Byala resort is still underdeveloped if compared to other tourist areas.
