St. Constantine and Elena is the oldest resort along the Bulgarian seaside located only 9 km away from Varna city. The resort’s construction began almost a century ago, in 1908, and the origin purpose of the resort was to host patients ill with tuberculosis. The resort is named after the nearby St. Constantine and Elena Monastery, built at the beginning of the 18th century. Today the monastery also offers tourist accommodation and a high-quality restaurant. There are more than 50 hotels in the resort, numerous restaurants, entertainments and various sport equipments.

Upon paying the deposit the apartment will be reserved for the period of 14 days and after that the buyer will have to sign the preliminary contract and to pay the next installment according to the payment plan.
