We present for rent the house "Paradise" - a family villa with a beautiful pool, located in the Izgrev-Balchik villa area. We offer you to enjoy your vacation with your family or in the company of friends in a cozy and extremely sunny house with an incredible sea view that can be seen from every room and every corner.

The property is intended for the most comfortable, peaceful relaxation and coziness. The distinctive contemporary look has been achieved thanks to interesting design solutions in shaping the interior, with uncompromising quality and a creative approach.

The house is located only 3 km from Albena resort - the second largest seaside resort on the Northern Black Sea coast in Bulgaria. With its 17 tennis courts, riding club with 30 horses and 2 arenas, 21 outdoor and one indoor swimming pool, yacht club, fitness centers, beach volleyball courts, bowling alley, paragliding and skydiving center, variety of restaurants and bars.

Max. capacity - 8+4 (8 adults + 4 children)

At your disposal are:

• main house with 3 spacious bedrooms with sea view, 3 bathrooms, one of them with bathtub, spacious living room,
  
• Italian kitchen with all the necessary appliances (coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster, microwave oven, built-in cooker and built-in combined hobs - gas and electric, washing machine, double-wing refrigerator, etc.).
  

In the same courtyard there is another small guest house consisting of one bedroom and a bathroom.

All rooms have floor-to-ceiling French windows, which allows for a wonderful view of the sea and the resort of Albena, Kranevo, Varna, Balchik, and in clear weather to Cape Kaliakra.

The house has TV, Wi-Fi Internet, home theater, air conditioners, Italian blinds. The house is equipped with bed linen, towels, hypoallergenic synthetic down pillows, kitchenware, etc.

Property amenities:

• 5-seater outdoor Jacuzzi;
  
• green yard with barbecue and dining area with a large table and 8 chairs;
  
• beach area with a large, deep (190 cm) pool;
  
• new barbecue area - 35 m²., closed for winter and with sliding doors for summer;
  
• combined Finnish and infrared sauna.
  

There are parking spaces for 6 cars.

Conditions:

• strong summer season (July, August, until September 12) - BGN 825 per day for a minimum of 4 nights;
  
• low summer season (from 01.06, after September 12 until the end of September) - BGN 770 per day for a minimum of 3 nights;
  
• other season: (October, November, until December 15th, after January 5th, February and March) - price BGN 610 per day for a minimum of 2 nights;
  
• April - BGN 660;
  
• May - BGN 715;
  
• Easter holidays: BGN 825.
  

Cleaning fee: BGN 200 (valid for the period from 01.04 to 30.09 + Easter, Christmas and New Year holidays).

A deposit of BGN 600 is payable upon check-in, which is refunded upon departure.

The house is not rented out for parties and celebrations, the property is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.

How to rent the property?
If you like the property and decide to rent it, we will be able to prepare a rental agreement with the landlord and present it for approval and signature by both parties. The usual practice is to prepay one rent for the first month and to leave a guarantee deposit to the landlord to the amount of one month's rent.
