Dolce Vita 2 is a stylish holiday complex, located in the southern part of the luxury resort of Sveti Vlas, between the complexes "Dolce Vita" and "Etara", being among the largest complexes in the area. The complex enjoys an excellent waterfront location and is set just 5 minutes’ walk from the beach Sveti Vlas East. Furthermore, the complex is set in the lower part of the Eastern Balkan Mountains, 30 m from the complex "Monastery Sveti Vlas", as well as the Church "Saint Vlasii". Management and maintenance

The investors offer professional property management by a registered management company. All owners must pay a fixed annual fee of EUR 500 per apartment per year for the maintenance of the complex.

Building No 3 with a total of 79 apartments, of which 8 apartments are studios with sizes from 40 - 50 sq.m, 61 one-bedroom apartments with an area of 45 - 80 sq.m, 4 two-bedroom apartments with an area of 90 - 120 sq.m and 3 penthouses with an area of 100 sq.m.

Building No 4, a total of 39 apartments, of which 29 being one-bedroom apartments with an area of 46 - 60 sq.m, 5 two-bedroom apartments of 62 to 86 sq.m., 5 three-bedroom apartments of 95 to 99 sq.m.

Apartment complex Dolche Vita 2 can be reserved immediately with a non-refundable deposit of 2000 Euro, payable by credit card or by bank transfer. Upon paying the deposit the apartment will be reserved for the period up to the signing of the preliminary contract - within 28 days.
