Properties and prices

You could reserve a property in the Colosseum Residence immediately by providing a non-refundable deposit of 3% of the price, payable by cash, by credit card or via bank transfer. Upon paying the deposit the property will be reserved for the period of 7 days and after that the buyer will have to sign the preliminary contract and to pay the next installment according to the payment plan listed below.

Prices, Sizes, Availability (constantly updated and valid!)All prices are final and include VAТ. The total price paid will be fully indicated on your title deeds.
