You could reserve a property in the Colosseum Residence immediately by providing a non-refundable deposit of 3% of the price, payable by cash, by credit card or via bank transfer. Upon paying the deposit the property will be reserved for the period of 7 days and after that the buyer will have to sign the preliminary contract and to pay the next installment according to the payment plan listed below.
