SUPRIMMO is launching for sale this aagricultural plot of land close to Bliznatsi village.

The plot has the following characteristics:
- electricity and water nearby;
- sea view from the first level;
- 300 m away from the village; access on non-asphalted road.

This plot has an area of 9 000 sq.m and is divided into 3 even parts, 3 300 sq.m each. The price for the whole plot is 199 000 Euro but it is also offered for sale by parts.

It is suitable for residential construction. A large complex has already been constructed next to the plot.

RESERVATION AND AGENCY COMMISSION
You could reserve this plot immediately by providing a non-refundable deposit of 2000 Euro, payable in cash, by credit card (VISA, MasterCard) or bank transfer. Upon paying the deposit the plot will be reserved for the period of 14 days and after that the buyer will have to sign the preliminary contract and to pay the next installment according to the payment plan, which could also be negotiated.

SUPRIMMO chargeс 3% agency commission (but not less than 500 Euro), payable at signing of the Preliminary contract. Additional costs for notary fees and stamp duty are approximately 6% on top of the purchase price.
