Essentially Marina Cape is a gated holiday development built in two stages. The first stage was finished in August 2007 and the second – in December 2009. Built on an area of 40 000 square meters the complex has 761 residential units, located in four zones – Zone 1 - the Marina, Zone 2 - the Cove, Zone 3 - the Tower, and Zone 3 - the Lighthouse.

The buildings take up about 1/3 of the total area on which the development is constructed and they are surrounded by green areas with trees, alleys, swimming pools, etc. All this makes Marina Cape a cosmopolitan development in which the present and future owners coming from different parts of the world find the coziness and tranquility they seek. RESERVATION
Each apartment can be reserved immediately with a deposit of 2,000 Euro. SUPRIMMO charge an agency commission of 3% for apartments in the Marina Cape.

PAYMENT PLAN
1) Standard: Upon cash payment: the full amount must be paid up to 45 days after reservation. The ownership of the property is transferred to the buyer immediately.

2) Deferred payment for up to 3 years: NO INTEREST payment plan – this plan allows a 3-year deferred payment of 50% of the price of the property. The other 50% must be paid upon signing the buying agreement. THERE IS NO INTEREST for this payment plan!

3) Deferred payment for up to 15 years: mortgage with deferred payment in installment for up to 15 years, starting with a 3% annual interest rate. We offer flexible payment plans with a 15-year term, as the interest rate starts at 3% p.a. No documents are required upon starting a fast procedure. What is offered are equal monthly installments including the principal and the interest.
