Balchik is a resort town situated in north-eastern Bulgaria, which combines romantic cliffy streets and the sea with its wonderful sand beaches. The city is placed amphitheatre around a small bay in the north of the Black sea and entice the tourist with its historical monuments as well with its 3 new built golf course. Upon paying the deposit the apartment will be reserved for the period of 14 days and after that the buyer will have to sign the preliminary contract.
