Debelets is a village in northeastern Bulgaria. Dulgopol municipal center is located in the eastern part of the mountain, 70 km from Varna. The terrain is hilly and mountainous. Over 50 percent of the territory is occupied by forests. “Tsonevo” dam is 28 km long and with full capacity 330 million cubic meters. The rivers “Luda” and “Goljama Kamchija” cross the municipality.
