MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF THE COMPLEX
The developer services the complex and all single units. Full time staff is working in the complex taking care of the management, maintenance and complete operation of Sunny Island. The annual maintenance charge (service fee) is 8 Euros per sq m and it covers:
• Maintenance of communal areas and gardens
• Maintenance, cleaning and electricity bills for the common parts (corridors of the block)
• 24-hour security
• Standard repairs occurring from the normal use

RESERVATION OF APARTMENTS
Any apartment in Sunny Island can be reserved immediately with a non-refundable deposit of 2000 Euros paid in cash, by credit card or bank transfer. The reservation deposit will hold the property for 20 days when the preliminary contract will be signed.

PAYMENT OPTION:
• 10% of the price upon signing a preliminary contract
• 90% of the price when certifying the deal agreement before a notary public

Sunny Island is fully completed and it has Act 16 (Certificate of Habitation).
