Balchik is a resort town situated in north-eastern Bulgaria. It is placed amphitheatrical around a small bay in the north of Black sea coast and attracts the tourists with its historical monuments and with its 3 newly built golf courses nearby as well. Upon paying the deposit the property will be reserved for the period of 14 days and after that the buyer will have to sign the preliminary contract.
