Bliznatsi village is located in North-eastern Bulgaria. It belongs to Avren municipality, Varna district and is distanced at 4 km away from Priseltsi village.

The village unites the former villages: Upper Bliznak (now the northern part) and Lower Bliznak (the southern part). It is located on the main road Varna-Bourgas, 4 km away from Kamchija river and only 3 km from the coast of the Black Sea.

The resort of Kamchia is located 25 from the city of Varna and 32 km from it’s airport. The complex has very good infrastructure. There are couple of places for recreation and two of the most visited ones are: the outflow of Kamchia river and the “Romance” complex, which is a few kilometers from the river’s outflow. The area is famous with it’s forests, overgrown with lianas and dense verdure. The beaches are spacious and clean.

The regulated plot has an area of 15000 sq.m. and is situated near the village of Bliznatsi, the river of Kamchiya and the sea coast.

Upon paying the deposit the property will be reserved for the period of 14 days and after that the buyer will have to sign the preliminary contract.
