Project for villa complex near Teteven

The project of villa settlement is located near the village of Izvor Balgarski (an hour drive from Sofia) on a plot with a size of 7,000 sq m. It has a building permit for the construction of 8 houses. The complex consists of four detached houses with adjoining plots of land about 400-500 sq m and four houses adjacent to one another. To date, four houses have already been built. In the centre of the complex will be built a swimming pool and a barbecue area with a zone for children, which can be used by all owners. Next to each house will be a parking for a car. The houses are solid, fully insulated, with PVC window frames of German firm SHUCO, tiled roof and drainage system BRAMAC - Germany. The houses are offered fully furnished. The future owners can choose from three options for furnishing with over 30 colours decisions.The project is a combination of ancient Balkan traditions and modern solutions in construction.

From the complex to the Hemus highway near Dzhurovo can be reached within 15 minutes, and from there to Sofia for about 35 minutes. The distance from the complex to the town of Teteven is about 15 km and to the resort town of Ribaritsa is about 30 km. The complex borders to the north and west with a river and to the south and east with mountains. The complex can be reached via an asphalted road and it is located 500 meters from the centre of the village of Gholyam Izvor.

Teteven Municipality is situated in Lovech region, 120 km away from Sofia (about 1 hour by the Hemus highway). The population of the municipality is 25 thousand people and in Teteven live about 12 thousand people. The territory of the municipality is situated in a beautiful valley of the river of Vit. Altitude ranges from 340 to 2,100 meters and in Teteven is 415 m. It is surrounded by mountain peaks - Treskavets, Ostrich, Cherven, Kon, Haydushka polyana, Petrahilya. Teteven is one of the most picturesque Bulgarian towns.
