"Chaika" is a resort and a villa zone of Varna, which is located within the resort "Golden Sands" - the best opportunity for recreation, entertainment, therapy, sports and new friendships. In the complex are situated many hotels, shops, restaurants and private villas. There is also the Varna Free University.

The complex used to be a two-star hotel two years ago. The customers were mainly tourists from Poland, the Czech Republic and Russia.
