Factory for production of furniture in Gabrovo

The furniture factory was established in Gabrovo in 1997 from the beginning of its existence deals with the design and manufacture of luxury dining tables and chairs for home, furniture for restaurants, cafes, etc. All products without exception are copyrighted works of the factory. Since 2005 the company has built a quality system with certified ISO 9001: 2000. It has participated in many Bulgarian furniture fairs and the fair in Thessaloniki FURNIDEC. The production of the company was represented at the fair in Cologne in 2003, it has realized exports to Greece, Montenegro, Belgium, Switzerland and etc. It manufactures furniture for restaurants in Montenegro, Switzerland, but production is primarily produced for the Bulgarian market.
The factory has an area of 1800 square meters, and it is located on private land. The property has excellent engineering structure; the distance from the center of town to the factory is 1 km; there is water supply, sewerage, electricity and telephone line and it is entirely paved.
The plot is 1611 sq.m. and its built-up area includes:
- First floor 687 square meters plus 115 square meters (Extension)
- Second floor 687 square meters
- 375 m2 basement
- Canopy - 80 square meters
- Closed Canopy - 40 square meters
The factory is equipped with milling and drilling brand new six axial center, purchased in 2011 January, the duplex milling with grinding units for copying parts with complex curved shape, two presses with high-frequency generator for bending parts of solid and not solid wood, four-processor machines, air compressor which provides air for all premises, and the whole range of standard woodworking machines. There is welding equipment, drills, etc.; there is also video surveillance system for all premises.
