It is the penultimate Bulgarian village traveling to Romania, 5 km before Durankulak. Located 95 km from Varna, 88 km from Dobrich, 13 km from Shabla.

This two-storey house was built in 1968 and spreads over 97 square meters. There is a spacious plot that belongs to this offer of 1331 m2.

Distribution of the house is as follow:

1st floor: Consists of two bedrooms, bathroom and kitchenette. The floors are on cement covering, the windows have wooden frames.
2nd floor: Consists of four rooms, three of which are with cement floors and the third is on trimmer joists.

General condition:
House "Vaklino" is in good external condition but needs a renovation. The property has great potential and benefits of its location by the sea. The road is fully accessible during the winter. The village has regular transport connections, a shop and a small restaurant.

Vaklino village:
There is a gully passing through Vaklino village, which in the past was a natural bed of Durankulak lake. Currently the lake valley is densely covered with walnut and other woods that are ideal for habitat of different kind of game: deer, wild pigs, jackals and foxes.

What makes it different from other villages, which are not located directly on the coastline is its favorable location near the sea and Durankulak lake. The distance to the lake is 5 km along a dirt road. The same road further leads to "Garda". This is an old facility, built in the 50-60s to separate the sea from the lake. At this point you can reach the wonderful beach which spreads over10 km.

North of "Garda" is camping Space, while the south is beach camping Karvuna. The distance between the two is equal to the campsite at about 5 km in both directions. Until recently, coming out of this place the hull of the sunk in 1965 Italian ship "Primo Ajaccio" could be seen. Today the ship is almost sunk, but for years his figure towering above the water was the favorite to all amateur photographs made in these places.
