Green Life Beach Residence is the new phase of the prestigious and iconic Green Life Beach Resort, which was given the award "Best holiday complex for year 2011. The mini resort is composed of several phases (more information under tab "Concept") and is located on "Kavatsite" beach, approximately 2 km away from the ancient town of Sozopol and 5 km from the resorts Duni and Chernomorets. The resort has its own private beach of fine sand, which offers great opportunities for relaxation and water sports.
Green Life Beach Residence is the new phase of the resort, designed and built to provide the visitors all amenities required, while set near the beach, the gentle sea breeze, the sunshine and the tranquility of the bay. The place is ideal for long holidays, as the owners and their guests will be provided with absolutely everything they might need without having to leave the complex. The apartments are 87 in number, being studios and apartments with one and two bedrooms. They are divided into three buildings of four floors with eastern and western disposition of the rooms. The views that are offered are towards the sea and the inner gardens.

Green Life Beach Residence is the new construction phase of Green Life Beach Resort. The building works started in October 2011 and the complex has been completed in March 2013, when it was issued permission for usage.
Currently are being build THREE NEW sections (F, G, H), which will be completed for summer season 2015.
In sections G and Hthere will be a large supermarket on the ground floor, accessed only for the guests of the complex.
In section F will be added a reception desk, bar, restaurant, spa and thalasso center on the ground floor (without indoor swimming pool).
