RESERVATION OF APARTMENT:
Any apartment in Marvel can be reserved immediately with a non-refundable holding deposit of 5% of the purchase price, payable in cash, by credit card or bank transfer. The deposit will hold the property reserved for a maximum of 14 days after which the buyer shall sign a Preliminary Contract.

PAYMENT PLAN:
Standard plan
• 2000 Euro non-refundable reservation deposit
• 100% of the price upon completion of the deal up to 1 months after paying reservation deposit

Deferred payment up to 6 months
• reservation deposit of 2000 Euros (maximum of 14 days)
• 1st installment - 40% of the price upon signing the preliminary contract;
• 2nd installment - 30% of the price three months after signing the preliminary contract;
• 3rd installment - 30% of the price six months after signing the preliminary contract.
