The complex consists of one building featuring two symmetrical parts and arranged in the shape of a boomerang, which is reflected in the pool around the complex that follows the same form as the one of the building. The architecture of the complex is done by architect Alexandrina Nenkova, who was given the prestigious prize "Architect of the Year 2009". Professional management of the property will be offered by the registered company Forest Nook Management Ltd. All owners are required to pay an annual fee for maintenance of the complex of 10 Euro per sq.m. per year. The fee includes the following services:
