The plot is situated near Teteven town near the river. The project idea has two alternatives; it can be used for building of eco-village, or construction of individual residential units. The property is aggregated terrain with an entire area of 108,756 square meters, representing a set of properties for residential use, with a total area of 70,000 square meters and property is in the process of obtaining the same purpose.
The property is located at the foot of the mountain Chernovitskiya near the river Cherni Vit. It is situated 12 km. from resort Ribaritsa. There is direct access to the mountains and huts in the area. Nearby there is the Monastery Glozhen and peak Vejen.
Teteven is one of the most picturesque Bulgarian towns. It is situated in a mountainous area occupying the foothills of the Balkan Mountains, along the river Vit. With a permanent population of 11,800 people, the town is located 188 km from Sofia, 74 km from Lovech and 60 km from Troyan. There is famous resort Ribaritsa not far from it. The altitude of the territory of Teteven district varies from 340 m to 2100 m, and in the center it is 412 m. The climate is temperate continental with mild winters and cool summers. It is surrounded by a crown of peaks, and there is a very beautiful National Park close to it. The mountains around are nice environment for tourism and recreation, there are very good conditions for skiing. Vit River and its tributaries are perfect for fishing and sunbathing in summer. Beautiful rock formations near Teteven offers good conditions for climbing.
