Information about the property

We are selling a regulated investment plot with a building permission for construction of an apart-hotel. The area of the offered property is ​​2,701 sq.m., set in the area St. Ivan in Bansko. The property has reallocated status - "Other urban areas ". The terrain has a slope of 25% from south to north. The maximum height of the building is 13 meters.

The plan of the building has the following technical features:
• Built-up area: 806 sq.m.
• Total unfolded built-up area: 4029.8 sq.m. (without the basement)

The building is located in the southern part of the plot and it has 4 levels above the ground (three floors plus an attic one with a scarf in the roof plate) and 2 underground floors. The southwestern garden is designed for recreation, offering panoramic mountain views, to the mount Todorka, Vihren, Kutelo. This garden is terraced to the slope of the property, too.

Given the nature of the terrain the building is planned at different levels, which makes it more flexible, following smoothly the terrain. A decorative element is provided too - a tower with panoramic terrace.

The exterior of the buildings has been developed taking in mind the traditional architecture of the region, combined with new building materials and composite solutions:
