Marvel 2 is a complex of holiday apartments, located in the northern part of Sunny Beach resort. The complex is only 250 meters away from the beach and is in close proximity to the luxury hotels Victoria Palace and Majestic. Arranged as a natural extension to the nearby complex Marvel 1, which is already functioning, holiday complex Marvel 2 will provide everything needed for a year-round usage of the apartments. Thanks to its location, the apartments in the complex are away from the busy traffic and the nightclubs noise in Sunny Beach. At the same time, the apartments are very close to the beach and the resort's main entertainment and dining area. This makes them the ideal prerequisite for a peaceful and pleasant vacation and true relaxation.

Holiday complex Marvel 2 consists of one block with two separate sections A and B. Section "A" has 65 apartments, several offices and a fitness center. Section "B" offers 27 apartments, an office and a store room. The apartments are of several types, namely studios and apartments with one and two bedrooms. During the construction and the completion works have been used quality materials to achieve a high standard of living. The complex will be equipped with quiet hydraulic and panoramic elevators and serviced by 24-hour security guards.

The total area of the plot on which the complex is built is 2570 sq.m. On its territory will be arranged a large outdoor pool and children's pool area with a sun terrace, where will be placed chaise loungers and parasols. In addition there will be a children's playground zone and an excellent garden decorated with greenery, flowers and trees. This is a gated complex, surrounded by a beautiful metal fence and equipped with proper lighting.

Management and maintenance

The maintenance of the complex will be done by the company-investor. All owners are required to pay an annual fee for this service of 12 Euro per sq.m with VAT calculated on the basis of the area of the property. The fee includes the following services:
Maintenance of the garden and the swimming pool;
Maintenance, cleaning and electricity costs for the common areas (staircases, lifts and corridors);
Security of the buildings (year-round);
Standard repairs occurring from the normal usage of the building;
Organization of the monthly payment of all costs associated with operation and maintenance of the common areas of the complex and its territories, including: electricity, water, subscription fee for the elevators, landscaping, etc.
Checks of the doors and windows of the apartments after the season, and periodic checks during prolonged absence of the owners;

Reservation

Each apartment in complex Marvel 2 can be reserved immediately with a non-refundable deposit of 2000 Euro, payable by credit card or by bank transfer. Upon paying the deposit the apartment will be reserved for the period up to the signing of the preliminary contract - within 28 days.
No agency commission is charged.

2000 Euro - non-refundable deposit upon reservation of your apartment
40% first installment within 28 days from the reservation deposit
30% second installment within 3 months from the first installment
30% third installment within 3 months from the second installment upon transferring of the ownership rights.

Plan B with discount of 5 %
2000 Euro - non-refundable deposit upon reservation of your apartment
100% upon completion of the transaction within 1 month from the reservation deposit

Plan C with 3 year deferred plan and interest rate of 10 % upon the remaining sum
2000 Euro - non-refundable deposit upon reservation of your apartment
30% first installment within 28 days from the reservation deposit
24% second installment;
23 % third installment;
23% fourth installment upon transferring of the ownership rights.
The installments will be arranged in time according an agreement between the investor and the buyer.
