The house itself is located in the outskirts of the village; the endless fields of Dobrudga are starting after the property fence.
Main road leading to the coast is passing right next to the settlement. In a short drive you will find 3 golf courses, summer resort Albena, ancient town of Balchik and its botanical garden. The city of Dobrich is very close to the village – there you will find big markets, international chains of food shops and most of what you may need.
