The company investor offers professional property management by a registered management company. All owners must pay a fixed annual fee of 10 Euro / sq.m excluding VAT per apartment per year for the maintenance of the complex.
The fee includes the following services:
Annual spring and autumn main cleaning of the complex;
Year round maintenance, mowing and watering of lawns and ornamental plants;
Year round maintenance of the sanitary equipment and the plumbing system;
Ongoing maintenance of the video surveillance system for correct functioning;
Monitoring and taking emergency measures in case of extreme and force majeure against damage;
Year round cleaning, lighting and maintenance of common areas;
Maintenance of the swimming pools during the summer months and their preparation for the winter season;
Year round collection and disposal of garbage from the common area;
General cleaning of common areas prior to the summer season;
Other services and activities that the company deems necessary for the performance of its assigned duties.
The maintenance fee includes free usage of the attractions in the complex, namely:

Dawn Park Deluxe complex is located in the western part of Sunny Beach, about 70 m away from the operating complex Down Park and 250 m from a large Aqua Park. The beach and the downtown area with all the restaurants, bars, nightclubs and shops are set within 10 minutes walking distance. This complex provides peacefulness to its guests, but in the same time with quick access to the beach and the center of Sunny Beach.
Without doubt, this is the largest and most famous seaside resort in Bulgaria, situated in the southern part of the Black Sea, 35 km from Bourgas airport. The beach here is 8 km long and 60 meters wide, the sand is fine and the sea is calm and clean. The summer season here lasts from early May to late September.
The apartments can be rented on a hotel basis by a registered management company of the investors. Each owner has the opportunity to receive an income from ones property as the rental company ensures good occupancy during the summer tourist season, since it has long-term partnerships with Bulgarian and foreign tour operators. The income from the rental is paid to the owner at the end of the active tourist season. Owners shall pay an annual fee for this service.

The Dawn Park Deluxe is completed and is granted Permission for usage (Act 16). The official opening of the complex was in mid-August 2012.
Apartment complex Dawn Park Deluxe can be reserved immediately with a non-refundable deposit of 2000 Euro, payable by credit card or by bank transfer. Upon paying the deposit the apartment will be reserved for the period up to the signing of the preliminary contract - within 28 days.
No agency commission is charged.
2000 Euro - non-refundable deposit when reserving your apartment;
90% first installment upon signing the preliminary contract within one month;
10% second installment immediately before the transaction.
