The village itself has good infrastructure and is available year-round. Near the village passes the international road which also provides quick access directly into the center of the city.
From the village there is very quick access except to Varna also to several coastal resorts like Albena, Kranevo and Golden Sands.
The village has most of the necessary amenities, such as grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, health center and regular transport. There is also a church, post office, kindergarten and school. The village has a population of around 600 permanent residents, but during the summer months the number increases.
The house is located on a small hill and it has a beautiful view towards the bay of Balchik and Albena. Near the property there is a beautiful deciduous forest, which brings cool air in the summer. The road to the property is asphalt and is accessible year-round.
