The Developer offers professional property management by a registered management company. All owners must pay a fixed annual fee of 10 Euro/ sq.m with VAT per apartment per year for the maintenance of the complex.
The fee includes the following services:
Ongoing development and maintenance of lawns and ornamental plants;
Monitoring and taking emergency measures in case of extreme and force majeure situations against damage;
Ongoing maintenance of sanitary equipment and plumbing system;
Current cleaning, lighting and maintenance of the common areas;
Operation and maintenance of the swimming pools during the summer months and preparing it for the winter;
Ongoing collection and disposal of garbage from the common areas;
General cleaning of common areas prior to the summer season;
Other services and activities that the company finds necessary for the performance of assigned duties.
All apartments in Sunny View Central are offered for sale unfurnished with fully furnishing option offered by the investor at an additional fee. The bathrooms are fully equipped and ready for usage. The kitchens come with built-in cupboards, oven or microwave, 2 hotplates, refrigerator and cooker hood, sink.

Sunny View Central complex enjoys a nice architecture. It has a total of 150 apartments located on six floors and 65 parking spaces. The exposure of the complex is to the south and it has lovely views to the swimming pool and a sports playground nearby.
Sunny View Central complex is located in the best part of Sunny Beach resort, near two of the most beautiful beaches on the Balkan Peninsula - "Cacao Beach" and "Bedroom." At the same time the complex is set in a quiet and peaceful zone, ideal for a relaxing holiday. Within walking distance away are placed many shops, cafes and restaurants.
Sunny Beach is the most popular seaside resort in the southern Black Sea coast of Bulgaria, being located 35 km from Bourgas airport. The beach zone is eight kilometers long and up to 60 meters wide, the sand is fine and the sea is calm and clean. The summer season in this area lasts from early May to late September.
The apartments can be rented on a hotel basis by the company of the investors. Each owner has the opportunity to receive an income from ones property, which is paid after the season. The owners shall pay an annual fee for that service.
The construction of Sunny View Central complex started in October 2010 and was completed in the end of 2012. The complex has Act 16 (permission for usage) since 19th March 2013.
Any apartment in the complex can be booked as a non-refundable deposit of 1000 Euro, payable by credit card or by bank transfer. Upon paying the deposit the apartment will be reserved for the period up to the signing of the preliminary contract - within 14 days.
No agency commission is charged.
Standard Plan A

∙ 100% upon notary transfer within 30 days.
Plan B deferred payment
∙ 3 year period for deferred payment of the apartment's price.
