The company investor offers professional property management by a registered management company. All owners must pay a fixed annual fee of 10 Euro / sq.m excluding VAT per apartment per year for the maintenance of the complex.
The fee includes the following services:
• Annual spring and autumn cleaning of the complex;
• Year round maintenance, mowing and watering of lawns and ornamental plants;
• Year round maintenance of the sanitary equipment and the plumbing system;
• Ongoing maintenance of the video surveillance system for correct functioning;
• Monitoring and taking emergency measures in case of extreme and force majeure against damage;
• Year round cleaning, lighting and maintenance of common areas;
• Maintenance of the swimming pools during the summer months and their preparation for the winter season;
• Year round collection and disposal of garbage from the common area;
• General cleaning of common areas prior to the summer season;
• Other services and activities that the company deems necessary for the performance of its assigned duties.
The maintenance fee includes free usage of the attractions in the complex, namely:
• swimming pool for adults and children;
• sunbeds, umbrellas, gazebos.
Some of the apartments in "Dawn Park" complex are offered for sale fully furnished, with fitted kitchens and equipped bathrooms, while others are finished need furniture. Appropriate options for furniture are provided by the investor. These furniture packages come at attractive prices.

The area is suitable for sunbathing, swimming and practicing various water sports. The ancient town of Nessebar is located 5 km away, while the town of Bourgas and the international airport there are approximately 35 km away.
The apartments can be rented on a hotel basis by a registered management company of the investors. Each owner has the opportunity to receive an income from one’s property as the rental company ensures good occupancy during the summer tourist season, since it has long-term partnerships with Bulgarian and foreign tour operators. The income from the rental is paid to the owner at the end of the active tourist season. Owners shall pay an annual fee for this service.

Apartment complex "Dawn Park" can be reserved immediately with a non-refundable deposit of 2000 Euro, payable by credit card or by bank transfer. Upon paying the deposit the apartment will be reserved for the period up to the signing of the preliminary contract - within 28 days.
No agency commission is charged.
• 2000 Euro non-refundable deposit when reserving your apartment;
• 40% paid upon signing the preliminary contract within one month;
• 60% paid in several installments after arrangement of the buyer (up to a period of 3 years with 12 % increase on the price), before transferring the ownership rights.
