Complex near central beach of Lozenets

The investing company offers professional property management by a registered management company. All owners must pay a fixed annual fee of 10 Euro / sq.m with VAT per apartment per year for the maintenance of the complex.

The fee includes the following services:
• Complete cleaning of the complex and ongoing inspection for defects on the apartments and the facade;
• Ongoing development and maintenance of the complex and the surrounding area;
• Ongoing maintenance of the sanitary and plumbing;
• Ongoing maintenance of the video surveillance and security systems for correct functioning;
• Monitoring and taking emergency measures in case of extreme and force majeure against damage;
• Current cleaning, lighting and maintenance of the common areas;
• Ongoing collection and disposal of garbage from the common areas;
• Other services and activities that the company deems necessary for the performance of assigned duties.

The completion works are carried out in strict accordance with the design. In addition to the technical supervision of the Bulgarian organizations, the complex is under the control of a team of Russian experts that monitor the quality of construction. During the construction of the complex are used only high quality materials, as follows:
• Foundations of the buildings - concrete slabs.
• Exterior and interior walls and curtain walls of ceramic bricks series FORATI Austrian company Wienerberger.
• Sloped roof coating - waterproof, durable ceramic tiles.
• External insulation - polystyrene plates, series EPS Austrian Austrotherm.
• Completion - High quality external walls. On the first floor – stone slabs.
• All walls are painted with environmentally friendly paints German Genius Superweiss Pro, which prevents the formation of mold.
• Flooring in common areas and balconies - tiles.
• Internal plumbing and electrical systems;
• Lighting;
• Wiring for TV and Internet;
• All apartments are completed and ready to be furnished;
• An air-conitioner in each room;
• Modern elevators in each building.

Complex is situated on a hill near Cape Ambelitz and is placed approximately 70 m away from Lozenets. The seaside resort is a popular tourist destination that is famous for its mild climate, good infrastructure, excellent restaurants, cafes and bars, shops and supermarkets - all within walking distance from the complex. The rocky cape is a great place for fishing and diving.

The complex is located next to two beautiful beaches with fine golden sand and clear waters. The presence of two beaches near the complex allows for various entertainment and recreation options. The bigger beach is located just 70 m away and features sunbeds and parasols, as well as a variety of beach services. There is fish restaurant on the beach, a surfing school, regularly held watersports events. The small beach is secluded and is located 200 m from the complex. It is characterized by shallow water and is suitable for relaxation and sunbathing with young kids.

Lozenets resort is a favorite seaside destination among young and modern people and families. It is characterized by low-rise buildings, rich vegetation and an abundance of fruit trees like figs, peaches, grapes. Complex is about an hour drive from Bourgas International Airport. The road runs along the coast and passes through the nature reserve "Ropotamo".

The architecture of complex Mojito Club allows the unification of several neighboring apartments to achieve properties with larger area, namely apartments with two-, three- or four bedrooms.
