Olymp is a pleasant holiday complex, located in the luxury resort of Sveti Vlas, 150 m from the beach Sveti Vlas Zapad, 500 m from Marina Dinevi Port and near the road connecting the town of Sveti Vlas to Elenite village. The area is ideal for collecting of sun tan and practicing a variety of water sports, spa treatments and fishing. Olymp complex consists of two L-shaped buildings on seven floors each, which form a pleasant outdoor pool area surrounded by a lot of greenery. The buildings have a common infrastructure and facilities that can be used by the owners and their guests. Block 2 comprises of 103 apartments for sale divided into two sections, plus parking lots and storage rooms. Management and maintenance

The investors offer professional property management by a registered management company. All owners must pay a fixed annual fee of EUR 500 per apartment per year for the maintenance of the complex.

The fee includes the following services:
Security and maintenance of the complex
Daily cleaning of the common areas, as well as cleaning of the driveways and paved areas in the complex;
Seasonal planting and landscaping of the common ground;
Maintenance of the elevator and video surveillance in working order;
Maintenance of the equipment in good working condition;
Payment of water and electricity bills for the common areas;
Other services and activities that the company deems necessary for the performance of assigned duties.

Furniture

The apartments in Olymp complex are offered for sale unfurnished with fully furnishing available at an additional price. Suitable options are provided by the investor.

Sveti Vlas resort is located in the eastern lower part of Stara Planina mountain, just 3 km from Sunny Beach. The closest airport is in Bourgas, 33 km from the resort.

Rental services

The apartments can be rented on a hotel basis by the tour operator "Laguna Tour". Each owner has the opportunity to receive an income from ones property. The company guarantees good occupancy during the summer tourist season, thanks to its long-term partnerships with Bulgarian and foreign tour operators. Income from the rental is paid to the owner after the tourist season. Owners must pay an annual fee.

Plan of the construction

The construction of Block 2 in Olymp complex began in October 2012. Shell stage was reached at the end of February 2013 and the building got Permission for usage (Act 16) in June 2014.

It is expected that the second building where the apartments for sale are is to be completed at the end of June 2014 and then the complex will obtain a Permission for usage (Act 16).

Payment

Reservation
Apartment complex Olymp can be reserved immediately with a non-refundable deposit of 2000 Euro, payable by credit card or by bank transfer. Upon paying the deposit the apartment will be reserved for the period up to the signing of the preliminary contract - within 28 days.

Upon purchase is paid only the pure residential area without the common parts.
No agency commission is charged.

Payment
2000 Euro non-refundable deposit when reserving your apartment;
30% first installment upon signing the preliminary contract within one month;
70% in several installments upon agreement, where the last installment is due immediately before the transaction.
