We sell a plot with an authorization for the bottling of spring table water.

Description of business:
The property has an area of ​​3,417 sq.m. (urbanized territory) in the village of Krainitsi, Dupnitsa. There is an issued permit for the building of a facility for obtaining underground water. There is water drilling which is legalized by the Pool Direction. The project is at its final stage and the only thing needed is to sign a contract for the water use and the water abstraction with the Ministry of Environment and Water of Bulgaria and to pay the fee.

A power station with 3-phase electricity has been purchased. There are signed preliminary agreements with the Water Supply and Sewerage and with the Central Electricity Distribution. There is a purchased warehouse structure that has to be transported and installed. The water has excellent quality and it is suitable for direct bottling without further processing. All the necessary documents certifying the water quality are issued. The water is spring-table, not mineral. The measured flow of the intake structure is 2 l/sec.
