Management and maintenance

All owners will pay a discounted fixed annual fee of 8.40 Euro / sq.m on the total area of the villa with VAT per year for the maintenance of the complex. In addition, owners will have to pay 36 BGN monthly as a fee for Internet, cable TV and telephone.

The maintenance fee includes the following services:

The resort Pirin Golf & Country Club is finished and has permission for use since 30 December 2008.

Each villa in complex Pirin Golf & Country Club can be booked with a non-refundable deposit of 5000 Euro, payable by credit card or by bank transfer.
