The maintenance of the complex shall be done by the company-investor. All owners are required to pay an annual fee for maintenance of the complex to the amount 5 Euro/sq.m with VAT, calculated on the basis of the area of the property. The fee includes the following services:

Obzor Hills is a pleasant holiday complex situated 400 m from the beautiful beach in the resort town of Obzor, considered one of the safest and most peaceful beaches on the Black Sea coast, enjoying clean waters and low tides. The complex offers access to the beach through an asphalt road and is set near the complexes Yo and Moreto. From the complex Obzor Hills to the center of the resort leads a beach promenade of 1200 m. The area is suitable for collecting sun tan, swimming and practicing water sports.
The complex is located 6 km from the town of Byala, 34 km from Sunny Beach resort, 41 km from the town of Nessebar, and 59 km from the city of Varna and Varna International Airport.
The apartments can be rented on a hotel basis. Each owner has the opportunity to receive an annual income of one’s property after the tourist season. Owners must pay an annual fee.
The construction of Obzor Hills complex began in year 2009 and currently the building has Act 15. Permission for use (Act 16) is expected to be issued in the month of January 2014.
Further to be completed are: swimming pool, elevator, landscaping (garden, landscaping, paths); parking zone. Currently, all apartments are presented according to the Bulgarian building standards and will be completed upon a deposit of the buyer. There is one furnished apartment, where buyers can be seen the level of completion offered.
Any apartment in Obzor Hills complex can be reserved immediately with a non-refundable deposit of 2000 Euro, payable in cash, by credit card or by bank transfer. Upon paying the deposit the apartment will be reserved until the period of signing up the preliminary contract - within 28 days.
No agency commission is charged for this complex.
• 2000 Euro non-refundable deposit when reserving your apartment;
• 50% first installment paid upon signing the preliminary contract, one month after reservation;
• 40% second installment paid upon signing of Act 15;
• 10% third installment upon obtaining Act 16, just before the notary transfer of the property.
