The investing company offers professional property management through a registered company. All owners must pay a fixed annual fee of 15 Euro / sq.m with VAT per apartment per year for the maintenance of the complex.
The fee includes the following services:
• 24-hour reception service;
• 24-hour security and video surveillance;
• maintenance of the lift;
• maintenance and cleaning of the common parts;
• maintenance of common areas - grass-mails, alleys, pool;
• Payment of the common utility bills;
• environmental and sanitary services, etc.
All apartments at Villa Bageera are offered for sale fully furnished. They are also provided with satellite television, high speed wireless internet and telephone.
The studios are furnished with two single beds and sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen (hob, extractor hood, fridge, sink, built-in kitchenette cabinets), folding chair (depending on the size of the studio), dining table with four chairs, balcony, bathroom with tub and shower.
One-bedroom apartments are furnished with two beds with the possibility to be connected or separated, living room, kitchenette (hob, extractor hood, fridge, kitchenette with built-in cupboards), dining table with four chairs, sofa bed, sofa chair, balcony bathroom with tub and shower.

The villa and the entire complex Emerald Beach Resort & Spa have waterfront location, placed near a wide sandy beach in the seaside resort of Ravda. They are located in the southern part of Ravda, only 5 minutes’ drive from Sunny Beach and Nessebar and 15 km from Bourgas International Airport. Ravda is a very peaceful, family-type resort, which features a mild and healthy climate, fine golden sand and clean waters.

The apartments can be rented on a hotel basis by a registered company of the investors. Each owner has the opportunity to receive an income from one’s property.
Villa Bageera is part of the luxury gated complex Emerald Beach Resort & Spa, which has been completed. The complex and Villa Bageera have Permission for usage (Act 16) since June 2007, since when the complex is in service.
Each apartment in complex Villa Bageera can be booked with a non-refundable deposit of 10 %, payable by credit card or by bank transfer. Upon paying the deposit the apartment will be reserved for the period up to the signing of the preliminary contract - within 14 days.
No agency commission is charged.
