The investors offer professional property management by a registered management company. All owners must pay a fixed annual fee of EUR 450 per apartment per year for the maintenance of the complex.

The fee includes the following services:
• Security and maintenance of the complex
• Daily cleaning of the common areas, as well as cleaning of the driveways and paved areas in the complex;
• Seasonal planting and landscaping of the common ground;
• Maintenance of the elevator and video surveillance in working order;
• Maintenance of the equipment in good working condition;
• Payment of water and electricity bills for the common areas;
• Other services and activities that the company deems necessary for the performance of assigned duties.

During the construction of Centaur complex have been used only high quality materials. Both the exterior and interior of the buildings are arranged in contemporary style:
• Common parts: walls - bricks and drywall, flooring – granite tiles, modern elevators;
• Frames: aluminum, golden oak color;
• Entrance door: solid wood interior doors - MDF wood;
• Insulation: internal – plasterboard; external - 5 cm;
• Bathroom/wc: fully equipped
• Air conditioners: in the living room
• Installations for telephone, cable TV, internet

All apartments in the residential complex Centaur are offered in "turnkey" condition. Upon request from the buyer, the builder can provide full furnishing package.

NB! Buyers do not pay for the common parts of the flats - they receive them upon signing the Title Deed.

Centaur complex is located in the central zone of the top resort Sveti Vlas, at the eastern lower parts of Stara Planina, near the main road connecting St. Vlas resort with holiday area Elenite, being not far and the Orthodox Church "St. Vlasii". Complex Centaur is located only 4 minutes’ walk from the central beach of Saint Vlas and the area provides excellent opportunities for sunbathing, swimming and practicing water sports, spa treatments and fishing. The complex is located 100 meters from a restaurant, 50m from shops and casino. The nearest nightclub is 800 m away.

All 28 complexes from the group are located on the coast, near the beach, being about 12 minutes away from each other. Almost all are located next to each other and form a distinct region with complete infrastructure, own streets, gardens and recreation areas, swimming pools, four fitness clubs, beauty salons, eight supermarkets, and an amphitheater with free kids entertainment every Sunday evening, plus courses in various sports. Nearby is also set the marina and the casino and the 5 star spa center "Victoria Spa".

Sveti Vlas resort is located just 3 km from Sunny Beach and 33 km from Bourgas International Airport.

The construction of complex Centaur was completed in June 2012 and since then has been issued Permission for usage (Act 16 – June 2012).
