Villa Stefania is a beautiful villa of holiday apartments, situated in downtown Vasiliko district, the old neighborhood of Tsarevo, a quiet family resort on the southern Black Sea coast. Management and maintenance

The investing company offers professional property management through a registered company. All owners must pay a fixed annual fee of 7 Euro / sq.m with VAT per apartment per year for the maintenance of the complex.

The fee includes the following services:
24-hour reception service;
24-hour security and video surveillance;
maintenance and cleaning of the common parts;
maintenance of common areas - grass-mails, alleys, pool;
Payment of the common utility bills;

Rental services

The apartments can be rented on a hotel basis by a registered company of the investors. Each owner has the opportunity to receive an income from ones property.

Plan of construction

The construction of Villa Stefania was launched in the middle of November 2012 (Permission to build was issued on 9th October 2012). By mid-March 2013 the building has reached its third floor. The villa is expected to be completed in the winter of 2013 and to receive Permission for usage (Act 16).

Reservation
Each apartment in complex Villa Stefania can be booked with a non-refundable deposit of 2000 Euro, payable by credit card or by bank transfer. Upon paying the deposit the apartment will be reserved for the period up to the signing of the preliminary contract - within 21 days.
No agency commission is charged.

30% first installment paid upon signing the preliminary contract within 21 days after the deposit;
30% second installment paid upon receipt of Act 14;
30% third installment paid upon receipt of Act 15;
