Mountain Lodge

The investors offer professional property management by a registered management company. All owners must pay a fixed annual fee of EUR 450 per apartment per year for the maintenance of the complex.

The fee includes the following services:
• Security and maintenance of the complex
• Daily cleaning of the common areas in the complex;
• Seasonal planting and landscaping of the common ground;
• Maintenance of the elevator and video surveillance in working order;
• Maintenance of the equipment in good working condition;
• Payment of water and electricity bills for the common areas;
• Other services and activities that the company deems necessary for the performance of assigned duties.

During the construction of the Mountain Lodge complex are used only high quality materials, namely:
• Outdoor décor of wood and stone
• Wooden roof with red tiles
• External insulation
• UPVC windows
• External and internal doors: wood
• Concrete structure
• Hydro and thermal insulation
• Latex paint on the walls
• Living room with tiles, fitted carpet in the bedrooms
• Bathroom/wc: fully equipped with shower
• Electric convectors
• Lift
• Cable TV and Internet
• Fire alarm system

Mountain Lodge is a pleasant complex of stylish apartments, located in the heart of Pamporovo mountain resort surrounded by many pine trees and greenery. Thanks to its location at 1530 meters above sea level, the complex provides an excellent panoramic view towards Snejanka tower and the snow caps of the mountain. The complex is set next to the hotel Perelik, close to many amenities and 15 min away from the ski lift station "Studenets".

The area provides excellent conditions for mountain sports like skiing and snowboarding and offers 8 tracks with a total length of 25 km. At the same time, the complex is within walking distance to the best shops, restaurants and bars of the resort.

Pamporovo is the largest and sunniest ski resort in Bulgaria. It is situated at 1650 m above sea level, at the foot of Snejanka peak (1926 m). The average annual temperature is 8° C, with more than 150 days a year of snow coverage and 270 sunny days on average. The nearest town is Smolyan, located at 20 km distance. The closest airport is the one near Plovdiv, 80 km from the resort.

The construction of the complex Mountain Lodge started in January 2007 and is on schedule. The complex is expected to receive Permission for usage (Act 16) by May 2013.
