Tarsis Club & SPA is a spacious and magnificent gated complex with a warm family atmosphere. It is situated in the most peaceful and green area - namely in the western part of Sunny Beach, 500 m from the sea and the beach, not far from the center of the top resort. The complex is a mini resort of three parts, which are set in close proximity and enjoy a common architectural and conceptual style, wide range of facilities and numerous amenities including lavishly landscaped private park.

Tarsis Club and Spa complex is suitable for year-round usage and consists of three buildings, each of six floors, with views toward the park and the forest. The apartments are 228 in number of different types, namely studios, one bedroom and two bedroom apartments. Tarsis 1 Block A has a total of 37 apartments, Tarsis 1 Block B has 27 apartments. Accordingly, Tarsis 2 Block A has 44 apartments and Tarsis 2 Block B offers 60 apartments. The third part, Tarsis 3 consists of 60 apartments. The holiday apartments in Tarsis 1 and Tarsis 2 are fully furnished and equipped, while the apartments in Tarsis 3 complex are offered in "turnkey" condition. The complex has storage facilities and 80 parking spaces available for usage.

Management and maintenance

The investing company offers professional property management through a registered company. All owners must pay a fixed annual fee of 8 Euro / sq.m excluding VAT per apartment per year for the maintenance of the complex.

The fee includes the following services:
• Ongoing development, maintenance, mowing and watering of lawns and ornamental plants;
• Ongoing maintenance of sanitary and plumbing;
• Ongoing maintenance of the video surveillance and security systems for correct functioning;
• Current cleaning, lighting and maintenance of common areas;
• Operation and maintenance of the swimming pools during the summer months and their preparation for the winter;
• Ongoing collection and disposal of garbage from the common area;
• General cleaning of common areas prior to the summer season;
• Other services and activities that the company deems necessary for the performance of assigned duties.

Furniture

Apartments in Tarsis Block 1 and Block 2 are completely finished and furnished, while those in Tarsis Block 3 are completed, but without furniture and equipment. Possible furnishing at an additional fee. Suitable options are provided by the investor. Bathrooms are fully equipped and ready for usage.

The investor is able to design and create entirely new and individual interior of each apartment, thanks to one’s own furniture company that provides true high quality at affordable prices.

District

Tarsis Club and Spa complex is located in the quiet and green area - namely in the western part of Sunny Beach, 500 m from the sea and the beach, not far from the center of the top resort. It is located near several shops, restaurants, cafes and bars, and hotels "Aphrodite" and "Continental". The old town of Nessebar with its historical and cultural attractions situated 5 km away.

Holidaymakers come here for the eight kilometer beach with golden sand and the possibility of sun tanning, swimming and practicing various water sports. Sunny Beach is one of the most attractive resorts on the southern Black Sea coast. It is located 35 km from Burgas airport.

Rental services

The apartments can be rented on a hotel basis by the investors. Each owner has the opportunity to receive an annual income of the property.

Plan of construction

The construction of Tarsis Club and Spa complex is as follows:
Tarsis 1 with indoor restaurant, an indoor children's garden, swimming pool with lounge bar and spa - center was started in 2006 and built in 2008.

Tarsis 2 Block A was launched on 01.10.2010, settled and delivered for usage by 01.07.2011.
Tarsis 2 Block B was launched on 01.10.2011, settled and delivered for usage by 01.07.2012.
The new animations and leisure complex sector situated in the park under tall trees, including: heated 30 meter swimming pool, outdoor children's garden, cocktail bar and outdoor restaurant, a barbecue and barbecue are used since 01.07.2012.

Tarsis 3 was launched on 01.10.2012. and was completed on 01.07.2013. Around it will be build a park area.

Permission for usage is issued as follows: Tarsis 1 - in 2011, Tarsis 2 in 2012. Tarsis 3 block was completed recently and is expected to be granted Act 16 soon.

Payment

Reservation
Each apartment in complex Tarsis Club & SPA can be booked with a non-refundable deposit of 2000 Euro, payable by credit card or by bank transfer. Upon paying the deposit the apartment will be reserved for the period up to the signing of the preliminary contract - within 14 days.
No agency commission is charged.

Standard Plan A

• 100% within 30 days of booking prior to the notary transfer of the ownership.

Plan B with % discount
