Beautiful and cozy chalet, part of a newly-built, small and friendly holiday complex, offering year-round care for the peace and comfort of its guests. The Bear gated complex is nestled at the foot of the Rila mountain, surrounded by pine forests, set at the beginning of the picturesque village of Mala Tsarkva, known for the beauty of the surrounding countryside and for its preserved authentic atmosphere of typical Bulgarian village. The popular ski resort of Borovets is only 14 km away with its excellent conditions for skiing, Samokov with all the amenities and entertainments - 8 km away and the capital of Bulgaria - Sofia - 70 km away.

The two-storey building comes with a built-up area of 138.01 sq.m. with premises with painted walls, floors with tiles (first floor) and with laminate (second floor) and PVC joinery. The distribution of the living area between the floors is as follows: a living room with kitchenette, a laundry room, a bathroom with WC (first floor) and three bedrooms, two bathrooms with WC and two balconies (eastern and southern) with wonderful views of the beautiful Rila Mountains (second floor). The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, a sink, cupboards, an oven, an extractor hood, a table with 6 chairs, an electric kettle, a toaster, a microwave, a refrigerator. The living room is furnished with two sofa beds, a coffee table, a TV set, a DVD, a fireplace. The three bedrooms comes furnished as follows - a double bed, bedside tables, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers (first bedroom), a double bed, a night table, a wardrobe (second bedroom), two beds, a night table, a wardrobe (third bedroom). One of the bathrooms on the second floor is equipped with a bathtub and the other with a shower box. The ground floor has a sauna and a large basement. The heating is achieved by local heating by electricity. The property has telephone, cable TV, internet and security system.

The complex started operation in 2010. It offers great views of the Rila mountain with its mount Musala (2925 m - the highest peak on the Balkan peninsula) and the mount Maliovitsa (2729 m). 40 lakes and the picturesque waterfall "Skakavitsa" are spread in the mountains above the complex. Belchin Banya, famous for its mineral springs, is set nearby, too. The complex has unique location among beautiful natural scenery and grants peace and excellent prerequisites for pleasant and refreshing walks along the nearby river and the trails leading to the natural and cultural sites known to the tourists from around the world.

The village is well known for its traditional Bulgarian hospitality. Here you will find a great restaurant, where you can taste a variety of dishes from the Bulgarian cuisine, shops, a medical center, a cultural center, as well as the church "Sv. Peter and Pavel", built in the XVI century, with the status of a cultural monument.
