Professional property management is carried out by a team of professionals working for the investor and a property management company. All owners are required to pay an annual fee for maintenance of the complex to the amount of 10 Euros per sq.m, VAT calculated based on the total area of the property. The fee includes the following services:
• Organization of the sections and general equipment of the complex;
• Organization and maintenance of the security systems and sections of the complex;
• Organization of the internal and external security in the complex - security guard, common areas and parking.

Holiday complex Esteban is located 300 meters from the beach (5 min walk), in a nice zone between Ravda and Nessebar and 5 km from Sunny Beach. Permission for usage (Act 16) was issued on 4th October 2011.
Reservation
During the construction, the apartments in Esteban complex will be offered for sale at lower prices, however in advance of the construction and reaching certain stage levels, the sale prices will increase.
Each apartment can be the booked immediately with a non-refundable deposit of 2000 Euros payable in cash, by credit card or bank transfer. The deposit will be reserved for the period up to the signing of the preliminary contract - within 10 days.
No agency commission is charged.
