Professional property management is offered by a registered management company. All owners must pay a fixed annual fee for these services depending on the size of the villa complex.

The fee includes the following services:
• Cleaning of the entire complex and ongoing investigations;
• Ongoing development and maintenance of the complex and the surrounding area;
• Ongoing maintenance of the sanitary and plumbing installations;
• Ongoing maintenance of the video surveillance system for correct functioning;
• Monitoring and taking emergency measures in case of extreme and force majeure against damage;
• Cleaning, lighting and maintenance of common areas;
• Ongoing collection and disposal of garbage from the common areas;
• Other services and activities that the company deems necessary for the performance of the assigned duties.

The following “turn-key” finishing works are included in the price of the villas:
• Living room: floor – first-quality laminate or tiles (to be chosen by the client); walls and ceilings – gypsum plaster and latex.
• Bedrooms: floor – first-quality laminate or tiles (to be chosen by the client); walls and ceilings – gypsum plaster and latex.
• Kitchens: floor – first-quality laminate or tiles (to be chosen by the client); walls and ceilings – gypsum plaster and latex.
• Bathroom and WC: terracotta and faience, fully furnished bathroom
• Corridor: floor – first-quality laminate or tiles (to be chosen by the client);
• Walls and ceilings – gypsum plaster and latex.
• Terrace: granite tiles, parapets of wrought iron, and mineral coating
• Staircase: stone
• Windows: PVC
• Internal- and external doors
• Air-conditioner in the living room

Optional (additionally paid): wooden floors, floor heating, stone fireplace, Jacuzzi on the roof, different kinds of heating.

Olympia complex is located 200 m from Kavatzite beach, near the town of Sozopol. The area is very attractive and fast growing. Nearby are set new facilities, modern hotels and nice restaurants. Just 5 minutes’ walk is to be found the wide beach of Kavatsite, famous for its beauty and seabed of fine sand. The complex borders a forest, which creates a feeling of calm and relaxation.

Sozopol is the oldest city on the Bulgarian Black sea coast. The city is divided into Old and New Town, between which you can find the Sea Garden. Its center (the Old Town) is situated on a small peninsula and is declared a museum. On the territory of Sozopol and in close proximity one can find several protected territories for preservation of animal and plant species.

An interesting discovery was made near Sozopol. Beneath the altar of the destroyed V-th century basilica archaeologists found a small chest (reliquary) containing bone fragments of Saint John the Baptist.

Bourgas International Airport is available 40 km away.
