Golf resorts, located in neighboring settlements, attract a lot of keen golfers from around the world.
The villa opened its doors in 2007. Its unfolded built up area is 620 sq.m, with an adjoining garden area of 6500 sq.m. It was built in compliance with all the modern requirements in construction and finishing: external insulation, multiple units PVC window frames, quality roof tiles, water-insulated basement. Floors are tiled, all rooms are fully furnished and air-conditioned. The hotel accommodates 32 people. This property may be reserved immediately by providing a non-refundable deposit of 5000 Euro, payable by credit card (VISA, MasterCard) or bank transfer. Upon paying the deposit the property will be reserved for the period of 14 days and after that the buyer will have to sign the preliminary contract.
The Agency’s commission is due to be settled upon signing of the Preliminary Contract.
