The area has been developed in the last few years as an alternative to popular and crowded resorts, offering smaller types of accommodation with more intimate atmosphere: there are many family hotels, villas and guests houses with its own restaurants or tavernas. Thanks to proximity to the famous mussel farm, there are always fresh mussels and other shell fish available. Every year there is a famous Rock fest in Kavarna, thus, all the family hotels and villas are fully booked for this period.

The hotel we are offering is unique in its concept: it combines modern type of accommodation with all the amenities for parties and celebrations with a new wave of eco-tourism, offering a possibility for horse- back riding, fishing, hunting and other adventures in the area. Golf resorts, located in neighboring settlements, attract a lot of keen golfers from around the world.
The villa opened its doors in 2007. Its unfolded built up area is 620 sq.m, with an adjoining garden area of 6500 sq.m. It was built in compliance with all the modern requirements in construction and finishing: external insulation, multiple units PVC window frames, quality roof tiles, water-insulated basement. Floors are tiled, all rooms are fully furnished and air-conditioned. The hotel accommodates 32 people. The restaurant caters for 200 people in total, which makes it an ideal place for weddings, banquets or corporate parties.

RESERVATION
This property may be reserved immediately by providing a non-refundable deposit of 5000 Euro, payable by credit card (VISA, MasterCard) or bank transfer. Upon paying the deposit the property will be reserved for the period of 14 days and after that the buyer will have to sign the preliminary contract.
The Agency’s commission is due to be settled upon signing of the Preliminary Contract.
Additional expenses for notary, state and municipal taxes might reach up to 6% of the sales price.
