The investing company offers professional property management through a registered company. All owners must pay a fixed annual fee of 12.6 Euro / sq.m including VAT per apartment per year for the maintenance of the complex.

The fee includes the following services:
• Ongoing development, maintenance, mowing and watering of lawns and ornamental plants;
• Ongoing maintenance of sanitary and plumbing;
• Ongoing maintenance of the video surveillance and security systems for correct functioning;
• Current cleaning, lighting and maintenance of common areas;
• Operation and maintenance of the swimming pools during the summer months and their preparation for the winter;
• Ongoing collection and disposal of garbage from the common area;
• General cleaning of common areas prior to the summer season;
• Other services and activities that the company deems necessary for the performance of assigned duties.

The construction of the complex is done by using only high quality materials, namely:
• reinforced concrete structure and bricks;
• mineral plaster, hydro and thermal insulation;
• sound-proof hydraulic lifts;
• luxurious common parts and furniture in interior design project;
• corridors and staircases;
• outdoor planting: natural and ornamental plants and irrigation system;

The apartments are offered for sale finished at "turnkey", with equipped bathrooms and full furniture package:
• Common areas: walls and ceilings - plastered and painted walls, floorings – granite tiles and laminate flooring in the hallway to the living room and bedroom, balcony with granite tiles;
• Type of windows: deluxe PVC window joinery;
• Type of exterior and interior doors: external security door, internal doors of MDF
• Kitchen and dining: 2 pc. hobs, sink, extractor hood, fridge
• Bathroom: floor tiles, wall tiles, toilet bowl, sink, shower, tap;
• Air conditioners: 1 pc per apartment.
• Outlets for telephone, cable TV with Russian channels, Internet access.

Blue Bay Palace is a sumptuous gated waterfront complex of holiday apartments, located minute away from the beach in Pomorie and surrounded by a forest. The complex is located at the resort Pomorie, "Incognito" Hotel and the complex "Sunset Resort". Pomorie is a famous spa resort in the country, known for the curative features of the mud and the excellent medical treatment centers and weight loss programs. The beach is sandy and gently sloping. In Pomorie there is a lovely old town set on the peninsula and a new town with many entertainment options.

Pomorie is located 20 km from the city of Burgas and only 8 km from the International Airport there, as well as 18 km from the town of Nessebar.

Buildings A, B, C and D in "Blue Bay Palace" are put into operation and have a permission for usage (Act 16). For buildings A and B - Act 16 was issued on 19.11.2010, for buildings C and D - Act 16 was issued on 28.12.2012.
