The village of Osmar is located 14 km south of Shumen, between two ancient capitals - Pliska and Veliki Preslav. Palatial residences of the Bulgarian aristocracy were built in this area. Due to its strategic position, the ancient village has always proven to be in the middle of all great events. Maybe that's why all Bulgarians have very strong feeling of their national identity here. The village is famous for the church “St. Constantine and Elena” with its 150 year history and healing icons. A landmark in the immediate vicinity is the rock monastery “Boaza”. There you can feel the strong natural energy.
From the very first visit, the settlement leaves unforgettable impression and long-lasting memories. The famous prophetess Vanga defined it as the fourth-highest energy place in Bulgara after Roupite, Tsarichina and Madara.

Today, the village of Osmar attracts guests as a symbol of winemaking in this region. Surrounded by extensive vineyards and famous for its cellars, the village preserves the age-old tradition of producing the famous bitter wine “Osmarski Pelin”.
Village of Osmar has received golden seal for “Unique European settlement”. The prize has been awarded by the European Forum of experts on unique communities in Europe.

The property consists of two attached houses, with a total area of 150 sq.m, placed upon a plot of 480 sq.m. The heating is on wood, there is water and electricity. There is a spacious living room, a kitchen, three bedrooms and an internal bathroom. The house is fully furnished, but it needs some refreshment and repair works. The yard is planted with fruit trees, vines and ryegrass.

RESERVATION
This property may be reserved immediately by providing a non-refundable deposit of 2000 Euro, payable by credit card (VISA, MasterCard) or bank transfer. Upon paying the deposit the property will be reserved for the period of 14 days and after that the buyer will have to sign the preliminary contract.
The Agency’s commission is due to be settled upon signing of the Preliminary Contract.
Additional expenses for notary, state and municipal taxes might reach up to 6% of the sales price.
