Town Gabrovo is located about 15 km from it. The property was built in 1980. The villa has a total area of about 50 sq. m. It consists of a room with fireplace, kitchen, bathroom and two attic rooms on the second floor, which can be reached by internal stairs. There are about forty people who live in there and take care of the museums and houses in the village.
